Job Description:
This role drives sales through building and maintaining commercial partnerships with one or more large, complex and strategically important Affinity Partners.
The successful candidate will develop account strategies and plans, develop and manage sales pipelines and manage performance against sales targets. You will coordinate the involvement of sales, marketing, operations, claims and underwriting colleagues and facilitate their engagement with the relevant people in the client organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships at senior levels within assigned client organisations to thoroughly understand their strategy, culture, personalities, customer base and decision making and ensure they fully understand our propositions.
Leading and motivating the Affinity Team to ensure delivery of the required standards of excellence in performance now and in the future
Support the continuing personal and professional development of all the team members
Manage the relationship with these clients to ensure we achieve our annual sales targets
Develop, agree and maintain account strategy and plan for each allocated client to achieve sales strategy and targets in line with specific deals.
Effective & efficient delivery of allocated Marketing and Insight campaign projects and activities within specified budgets and deadlines.
Comply with the required standards of sales excellence, best practice, operating effectiveness and efficiency, and Group, legal and regulatory requirements.
